Prophetic Word  These are the words and spiritual revelations that I believe that the Lord has shown me in order that I might share with those who have spiritual ears and eyes to hear and see. Admittedly, these are strong words. Though many will not believe these words, these words I am still to share regardless of what is thought of me. To my knowledge, words such as these have not been declared at this time and place. It is with utmost humility but much faithfulness in Christ that I share these words. Though I be scoffed and scorned for such words, I still must hang onto faith in Christ with all my being. For there is no other; Christ is sufficient. I also trust that He will correct my direction where I am wrong.  As always, it is never too late to repent.  Repentance for America though, will come through discipline not in place of discipline.  Whether this happens in 2 years or 200, I do not know.  I do believe America will face this at some point and time. 

He has desired that you might walk in His presence, but you have sought after idols and debauched yourself with many adulteries. For into this land, the sword shall enter. The blood of the innocent has cried out to God for justice. The blood of the innocent has been shed while the wicked rejoice in these horrors. How long will God not avenge Himself on such a people as this? This blasphemous generation such as this shall know the sword.

Encouragement while world is falling apart

On an almost daily basis, news comes out that reveals how our world is speeding towards a one world government as prophesied in The Bible. To the establishment that is leading this charge, they would rather refer to this as globalism or a “New World Order.” Regardless of what the elite establishment types would rather refer to these unfolding events of our world, it is still a headlong rush towards a one world government. One of the latest developments that is troubling is how the government is making a move of defining normal everyday people as radical extremists. As is evidenced by the recently unclassified Dept of Homeland Security document, people with common everyday political views should be treated with suspicion by law enforcement. It is argued that these everyday Americans are likely extremists who are potentially terrorists simply because they might not hold to politically correct views approved by the government.

At about the same time that these recent developments were unfolding, I believe that The Lord led me to the following scripture:

28Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.” Luke 21:28 (NKJV)

The context of this verse is Christ speaking of the end times and His soon return. In the midst of this teaching, Christ encourages us to lift our heads. For those in Christ, there is no need to feel dread at the seemingly disturbing events unfolding around us. The message is clear, lift up your head to the Risen Savior. Let your eyes stay fixed upon Him who is able to save. While there will be perilous times upon the Earth in these end times, those in Christ can lift their hearts in faith to Christ for we can know that our redemption is near!

 

Economic Collapse;  Will People of this Nation Repent, Will You Repent?

I do not know how to make it anymore succinct than a call to repentance.  It is my firm conviction that the current economic collapse is a call to repent.  Please join me in asking God to forgive us and this whole nation for the sin of greed and making money an idol.  Here is a link to an evangelist and prophetically gifted man of God who has been prophesying this economic crash for at least a couple of years.  Sadly, no one here in America listened.  A few months ago, the evangelist returned home to New Zealand as his warnings and call to repentance were not being heeded here in America.  More to come....

Urgent:  Call to Repent!

America's Discipline

I'm highlighting this study again that I put together a couple of years ago.  With the spiritual climate in this land and rapidly unfolding current events, it seems that this sort of call for repentance is desperately needed.

Self-Control in Worship.    This exhortation calls on those associated with the charismatic movement to examine the scriptures for the guide in what is appropriate in worship when the local congregation meets.  There appears to be need for this sort of examination considering the talk of a revival in Lakeland, Florida that seems rooted in much of the current charismatic/pentecostal movement.  There is no point by point critique here of the so called Lakeland revival.  Rather, this article addresses some of the broader issues of which Lakeland is a part.

 Kids Church Activities and Tools  Tim and his son Michael have done some incredible work in putting together a large collection of skits for use in ministering and educating kids.  Here are a few words from Tim about these excellent skits:

The following skits are written such that they can be used for
teaching Biblical principals to a wide range of children from ages
three to ten. The themes and dialogue have been kept simple to help
younger children better follow and understand the skit. In addition,
each skit is composed of two or three short scenes (instead of one
long scene) so that each scene can be discussed during an intermission
before going onto the next scene. God has blessed us through the use

skits bring glory to God in your church or home setting.

New Word of Encouragement:  He Upholds Us

New!  Prophetic Bible Study:  Giants on the Earth by Brandon Burton.  This Bible topic has a strong prophetic edge.  Some questions that this paper will address is:  Did giants actually exist on the Earth in ancient history?  Does the Bible say anything about giants on the Earth in the future?  Check out this much needed discussion about about giants that are also known as nephilim.  

New Word of Encouragement:  Spirit of Him who raised Jesus

Sharing Our Lives  by Brandon Burton  How many brokenhearted people attend church each week?  How many people are silently suffering from the wounds of life?  How many people feel alone even though they may be surrounded by people?  This is an exhortation for the people of the American church to share their lives with fellow believers who desperately need love, support, encouragement, and ministry.  Sadly this is something that the church is lacking, and I believe the church needs to repent of neglecting the wounded and brokenhearted.

Call to Repentance!  Serving God or Serving Money?  by Brandon Burton  This hard hitting paper with a prophetic edge addresses the topic of the love of money from a Biblical perspective. This paper specifically confronts the sin of greed that has infected the American church.

Am I a Good Person?  by Tim Madorma  This is another well done study by Tim on the nature of man and God's view of our condition.  This study is insightful and thought provoking. 

Focus:  Abortion  Early Christian Leader, Tertullian, addresses abortion almost 2000 years ago!  Lest anyone think that abortion is a modern issue, let's see what a early church father had to say about this murder of babies shortly after the time of Christ when Tertullian states:

"In our case, murder being once for all forbidden, we may not destroy even the fetus in the womb, while as yet the human being derives blood from others parts of the body for its sustenance.  To hinder a birth is merely a speedier man-killing; nor does it matter whether you take away a life that is born, or destroy one that is coming to the birth.  That is a man which is going to be one; you have the fruit already in its seed."
